Destination Workshops - 25 November

Time: 09:00 - 13:00

One host venue with 4 simultaneous sessions educating on each country.

Buyers will rotate through all the sessions.

An expert(s) on the destination will provide a thorough overview of each country from the perspective of the travel trade.

Each session will be 1 hour (40 minutes of presentation and 20 minutes for Q&A)

Chobe Game Lodge Opening High Tea

Obligatory for all participants

Time: 15:00 - 1800

Transport to the opening provided by the event for buyers & exhibitors.

Transport by game drive or boat through the national park.

Optional eco-tour prior to the event.

One on One Meetings - 26-28 November

Obligatory for all participants

Meetings are 20 minutes with a 5-minute interval

Meeting schedule based on match-making system that prioritises mutual matches.

Exhibitors will be allocated a venue (out of the 3 possible) and remain at the same venue for the duration.

Buyers will be allocated a different venue each day in order to be able to see all exhibitors.
